Ambassador at the Centralized Kitchen for Earthquake Victims

Ambassador of India, Shri Ranjit Rae visited the Centralized Kitechen for Earthquake victims near Suryabinayak Chowk, Bhaktapur.

An initiative of Akshaya Patra Foundation with support of Tata Trusts and Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha (SSS), Earthquake Relief Centralized Kitchen is built in an area of 25,000 sq ft near Suryabinayak and is capable of cooking 10,000 meals at a time. Tata Trusts and SSS are conducting regular surveys to identify affected areas where the cooked food should be delivered. Currently the kitchen is serving more than 15,000 meals a day, transported to the relief camps.
