Financial Assistance to Schools
This is being provided to schools where the majority of children are wards of ex-servicemen.  Assistance is provided for expansion and repair of existing school building, purchase of computers, furniture, books, sports equipments etc.  A sum of Rs 5.04 lacs was expended on this account during the year 2009-10.
